Mark Osmolski For the past 25+ years, Mark has held CFO and COO positions with Stanley Black and Decker both domestically and in Europe. Mr. Osmolski is well travelled and comes with 43 years in the corporate world. He highlights financial strategy and global supply chain among the areas he has applied his extensive operations and financial management expertise. Mark will discuss the mentorship process, the respective roles of the mentor and mentee, and his perspectives for a successful mentorship outcome.
Tim McCormack is an attorney at Preti, Flaherty, Beliveau & Pachios, Chartered, LLP in Portland, Maine. He has represented whistleblowers in “qui tam” lawsuits brought under the Federal and various state False Claims Acts, plus claims made under the Internal Revenue Service, Securities and Exchange Commission and Commodities Futures Trading Commission’s whistleblower programs. His clients have successfully helped recover more than a billion dollars at the state and federal levels. Most recently, he represented a former hospital Chief Operating Officer / Chief Financial Officer who helped the United States and Indiana recover $480 million from a health network in Indiana that was alleged to have violated the Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark law by paying physicians inflated salaries in exchange for referrals.
