The NorthEast Regional Council will hold its quarterly meeting on Sunday September 12th from 1:15 PM—2:45 PM. All IMA members and conference participants are invited and encouraged to attend. Topics of discussions include: council financial report, IMA Global report, and upcoming Council events. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the IMA and the council.

Dinner is on your own Sunday evening. Our Coordinator will be available to facilitate dinner groups for those interested in an expanded networking opportunity. There will be carpools for those who would like to go to the Mohegan Sun Casino for dinner and fun!

Don’t miss this great opportunity to Network with Conference attendees over dinner at the Inn. After dinner we will head to the Terrace for more networking, beverages and games! This is an excellent time to make new friends and catch up with old ones!

Conference Cancellation/Refund Policy: A refund will be issued if cancelled by email before September 1, 2021. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after that date. IMA-NERC is only responsible for processing your Conference registration. IMA-NERC is not responsible for any travel or lodging expenses or out-of-pocket costs incurred. If for any reason you must cancel your Conference registration, please remember to cancel your hotel accommodations directly through The Spa at Norwich Inn at 860-425-3555.

Please be advised that all rates quoted are per room, per night, single or double occupancy. A charge of $20.00 will be added for each additional person per night occupying the guest room. The maximum guest room occupancy is four (4) guests.

In addition to the above room rate, there is a $5.50 per person, per night Resort Fee will be assessed to all overnight guests 14 years and older. This fee provides access to the spa and fitness center, in-room bottled water, free local and toll-free telephone calls, valet and self-parking on property, daily morning coffee and tea service, use of the business center, and gratuities for the valet, luggage assistance and housekeeping. There is no coffee offered in rooms; you may request a refrigerator (limited quantity available). 

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. daily. Please note that the Inn cannot guarantee early check-in for guest rooms; however, every attempt will be made to assign guestrooms to early arrivals as rooms become available. Checkout time is by 12:00 p.m. daily. The Inn asks that attendees of this event checkout prior to the commencement of any meetings or functions being held on departure day. For the convenience of the Inn guests, luggage storage is available at the Bell Stand located in the Inn Lobby.
