Peter Sheldrick, MBA After completing an MBA and deciding to leave the law enforcement field, Peter has had a successful private sector career spanning several different functional areas.  He has spent most of his career in the financial services sector starting in Finance then eventually becoming a Data Scientist believing that budgets and forecasts could be improved by using mathematics, statistics, and predictive modeling.  During this time, he became familiar with information technology and the importance of data flow to companies.  With the exponential increase of available data and demand to derive insights from it, he transitioned into the data architecture practice to help companies develop mature data processes from ingestion to database implementation.  In his current role, he is charged with developing mature, automated, scalable processes for business intelligence.  He is involved with improving the data governance methodology at the company, implementing Hadoop eco-system, and driving the adoption of data science for use in decision making.

Robert Ronan Bob spent his early career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers.  After his public accounting career, he spent twenty years serving in Senior Management positions within both Public and Private organizations.  His experience spans all business segments, which has provided a balanced view of both risks and opportunities for sustainability presented by the operations and public responsibilities of various business segments. Bob’s extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions during his public accounting career and throughout his professional career has provided a unique opportunity to communicate at all levels of an organization. Providing a platform as a liaison within and across organizations became a formidable skill for development of his success in sales.

Over the past decade, Bob has focused his career on sustainability activities.  His service in the energy efficiency business includes an eight-year stint as the COO of a successful regional Energy Services Company (ESCo), and most recently the past four years as a Director of Sales for a national ESCo, headquartered in Austin Texas.  His primary activities have included customer relationships with Ford and General Motors, and driving efficiency and savings via lighting and controls upgrades in the tens of millions annually throughout their US plant systems. Those activities also included monetizing eligible tax incentives through EPAct and cost segregation to drive tax savings and enhancing ROI.  Most recently, Bob has started, and is Principle of The Sustainability Group, a compliance and consulting-based organization, which is focused on compliance measures surrounding the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board.

Bob has served as a board member and executive committee member of the United Way of Western CT, and served in a variety of board positions, in for local Parks and Recreation organizations, the Boy Scouts of America and as a youth coach and mentor over the past 30 years.
