The Higgins University Center, also referred to as University Center, is the main building in the center of campus and right off Main Street at intersection with Maywood Street - very accessible and easy to find.  

Parking: Parking available on street or in the Lot behind new ASEC (Alumni and Student Engagement Center) – this is a large RED colored building on Main Street across from the Higgins University Center where our event will be held. Parking Passes will be provided.

Manish Israni has over 15 years of experience in Finance and Accounting primarily in Healthcare and Hi-Tech industry. He currently works with Riverside Community Care as Manager of Business Process Improvement (Finance and Administration) managing organization wide process improvement initiatives. In addition to Process Improvement responsibilities, he has also been Business Finance Partner to senior leadership managing division level Financial Planning & Analysis. Prior to Riverside, he spent seven years working with Agilent Technologies Inc. in their Corporate Controllership function primarily in Accounting area.  Manish is a CMA and has an MBA in Finance from Clark University. He got his Six Sigma White Belt Certificate while working with Agilent Technologies. During his tenure at Agilent, he successfully led Six Sigma White Belt projects and has been part of Green Belt and Black Belt projects in Finance and Accounting function. Outside work, Manish loves travelling, photography and enjoys mentoring people.

 

 

 

Dr. Oleg Tumarkin built his career helping encourage business resilience, profitability, and growth through performance improvement and human development. He started his management career at a midwestern manufacturer, becoming a department head and a member of the company’s steering committee before finishing college by delivering significant business impact through various improvement initiatives.  He continued to collect insights by working with dozens of organizations around the world, helping some scale rapidly, others return to profitability, transform their innovation pipelines, streamlining processes, developing performance improvement and innovation specialists. Along the way, he acquired an alphabet soup of credentials (JD, MBA, CMA, CSSBB, PMP, ILM-7) and helped multiple companies achieve award-winning performance.  After many years of travel, his family settled in Newton, MA where he leads a cub-scout den and serves in the community.
