She has served as the financial advisor for both debtors’ and creditors’ committees in unprecedented bankruptcy matters including municipalities and energy businesses. Beth has testified as an accounting or damages expert at trial, arbitration, and deposition for privately-owned and publicly-traded entities, as well as on behalf of the Securities and Exchange Commission. She also serves as an boards of directors on accounting and auditing, financial, valuation and internal control matters in the context of internal investigations, shareholder disputes, post-acquisition and net working capital disputes, business and contract disputes, accountants' liability, bankruptcy and restructuring, and enforcement or regulatory issues. Beth is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.  .Beth has published numerous articles and participated in webinars on a variety of topics.

Cameron Shilling, is Director, Litigation Department & Chair of Cybersecurity and Privacy Group, McLane Middleton, Manchester, New Hampshire. In his 20+ years as an attorney, Cameron has managed, litigated and resolved numerous commercial matters involving data security, technology, business and employment in the New England area. Cameron has developed a depth and breadth of  many data security audits, prepared and implemented written security policies and trained executives and managers in data security.

Cybersecurity: A Call to Action- In this presentation, we will examine specific steps we might take to reduce exposure to cyber threats. We will examine exposures and what preventative might have been in place to avoid them. (1.5 CPE)
